The returns & exchange process has been made extremely simple through our steamline Returns Portal. Here is an overview of our terms:

 

RETURNS

• You can return any full priced item/s within 30 days of fulfillment, NO REASON REQUIRED (product bundles included).
• All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
• A full refund will be processed upon receiving your goods.
• All SALE items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. 

** The customer is responsible for return postage **

 

EXCHANGE

• You can exchange any item/s within 30 days of fulfillment for item/s of the same value or more.
• All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
• All END OF SEASON SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged. 

** The customer is responsible for return postage, however, we will ship back your exchanged item FREE of charge **

Please contact customer care in the uncommon instance of a faulty or incorrect item/s so we can find a solution and cover all associated costs.
